Manager Christian was friendly helpful and overall great!! The park is new but adding amenities!

Nice place for our stopover. As of now, 12/22. This place is very new and under construction. The sites are large which is nice. Would definitely stay here again and I think it will be a very nice park once completed. Thanks for having us ..

The reason for 4 stars and not 5, this is a brand-new campground and it is still under construction. Sites are reasonably level, fresh gravel, and infrastructure. Camp host is great...like super great. There's no formal office as yet. When you drive in (dirt road right now) there's a box on a post with the map of the park and a phone number. Call or text the number and they will come out and help you get settled in. Darn quiet park. Occasional train nearby, but not bothersome. We have a big setup...62' long total and fit in the site with room to spare. We'd stay again.

Easy access. Very clean. Lots of room between sites. Friendly staff.

This is a new very quiet campground with easy access from I-20 at Waskom Tx. We stayed in one of the large pull throughs for two nights with no problems. The reservation process was very simple.
