Very quite., Friendly place to live full time

For people who love to fish its about 20 minutes away from caddo lake

5* for basic overnight stay. Level site, no issues with amenities (bathroom, showers, FHU)

Nice place just off of interstate 20. Stayed overnight 10/3/2025, got good rest. Looking forward to staying on my way home. Simple park, gravel sites and roads. Water, Electricity and Sewer

Highly recommend! Management was very helpful during my husband's overnight stay. I explained to him that my husband would need to stop somewhere and grab a hose before getting there and he said no worries, I got one for you. That was a huge help and very much appreciated. He understood the difficulties of pulling a 5th wheel trying to maneuver in a parking lot. Very kind. The only thing that would have been better is if they would have had some night lights because my husband said it was pretty dark setting up, but overall great place
